Winter Access Notice
During the winter season, the road leading to our hotel may become a snow-covered and icy mountain road.
For your safety and comfort, we highly recommend arriving with a 4WD vehicle.
Should your vehicle become stuck, our staff will provide assistance whenever possible until 9:00 PM.
We sincerely apologize, but after 9:00 PM we are unable to offer rescue service,
and you may need to contact a roadside assistance provider directly.
If you feel unsure about driving on snowy roads,
we kindly recommend returning to the hotel earlier in the evening or using a taxi service for safe travel.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a safe and pleasant stay.
